About Us
History of Woodland Heritage
Woodland Heritage Northeast Limited has over 30 years of experience working with development planning teams in a variety of industries throughout Northern Ontario. We have conducted thousands of assessments for the mining, hydroelectric, transportation, and forestry industries as well as local municipalities, Indigenous communities, and heritage planning teams.
Our staff has extensive experience collaborating with developers and First Nation communities. Engaging local First Nations and Métis communities during the archaeological process is something we look forward to and has been part of our protocol for many years.
We have experience in all four stages of archaeological assessments in Ontario.
